    Respected Sir,

    This is to inform you that my car Black FIAT LINEA no. UP 32 CS 3672 bought abought a year back has been showing the following problems
    (1) Its suspension is not working properly resulting in the wearing out of all 4 tyres

    (2)Its AC is very slow and does not cool the car even to a comfortable temprature

    (3)Its electronic milometer has stopped working after the car has travelled 26000 km,even though the distance travelled by it is above 45000
    (4) Its stereo is not working and after being given to GOLDRUSH LUCKNOW for repair ,the electronic meter has stopped working altogather.

    Kindly replace my Tyres,AC,Electronic meter and stereo.
    Also please reply why I should no file a case against your company at the consumer court.

    Fiat Palio 1.9 D, Reg. No. MH01MA7174
    1.Abnormal working indicator glows contiously at left on dash-board. Heavy oil leakage from engine. RPM veriatio. fuel consumption high.
    2.Spares are not available at B. U. BHANDARI service station.
    3.Poor service, No customer satisfaction.
    4. Reverse complaint from ther side that, fuel pump calibration unit is not available at our servation station, atleast 2 months required for repairing.

    Your intervention is required to solve the problem on priority.

    Regret buying a Fiat. My husband bought me the exotica red Punto almost a

    year back. Since that day we have been riddled with problems and today when

    I need it the most, it is lying in the workshop for all the silly reasons.

    Why I need it most is because I have just had a baby and undergone an

    operation for the same. Today even after spending almost seven and a half

    lakhs on the car, what I have is a useless piece of junk. My husband was an

    ardent Fiat fan. He considered it to be a performer – a very sturdy car.

    But after this experience, it has turned out to be the most pathetic car I

    have ever seen. I had a Wagon R before this which was bought for almost

    half the cost and I used it for about 5 yrs without a single major issue.

    Here is a list of problems that makes me hate Fiat and its service.

    1. The buttons on the dashboard were broken on day 1

    2. The seat height adjustment had a problem. After setting the height

    it used to slip back into the lowest position.

    3. There was black smoke coming even at 10000 rpm and the servicing

    guys said its normal for diesel cars.

    4. The cigarette lighter conked off twice

    5. The AC cooling auto shut off, the thermostat wasn’t working but

    the servicing guys never agreed.

    6. The height adjuster handle of the driver’s seat broke

    7. The wheel alignment started having issues even after service

    8. Water was continuously leaking from the AC to the floor of the car

    9. The oil lamp used to turn-on on its own even though the oil levels

    were normal

    10. After a year Fiat tells me that the Goodyear wheel belt has an issue

    and its defective – even Goodyear confirmed that – but I had to pay for

    getting new tyres. if it was defective why did it take almost a year to

    notice it. Or you recommend that we buy tyre separately when we buy a

    Fiat???

    11. Clutch cylinders failed completely and the car broke down in the

    11th month of buying a brand new car. The car had to be towed to the

    service center(imagine I was 8 months pregnant then)

    12. The gear box used to get stuck in the 3rd gear so the clutch had to

    be replaced again

    13. The AC started malfunctioning – it would automatically go to high

    mode on hitting a speed breaker.

    14. The LATEST >> The wheel alignment has again gone for a toss

    15. The AC compressor has conked off and needs to be replaced

    And all this in Just a year…what more is left to come???????

    I want my car replaced with another car. I don’t want a Punto anymore. I

    don’t want a car that stays with the service engineers more than with me.

    If you can’t get this done then give me back my money. This is something I

    never expected from the Makers of Ferrari.

    Would like to know how soon will this be resolved. My wife has just had a

    cesarean operation and currently she has to go through the physical and

    mental harasment of travelling by auto, taxi etc Over and above that we are

    spending extra money on traveling. Even though we have supposedly the best

    hatchback in this segment.

    Dear Sir,

    Fiat Palio 1.1 Style. Reg No:- TN 20 AQ7282

    1. I am Abdul from chennai. I have bought New palio 3 years before. Selling Car is not important. you have to provide spares in chennai and also a good service centre in chennai. I give service in concode modors ltd, Ambattur, Chennai.

    2. I am facing lot of problems due sevice, due to delay and cost of service.

    3. I have given service for clutch noice and power stering problem. Concorde motors corrected the problem after 8 days and for that they charge nearly Rs.25,000.00. While i take the car i face another problem and next day itself , i live the for that problem Now, they are telling that fuel pumb problem for that they need Rs14,000.00.

    4. When i ask the reason they are telling after 1lakh kilometer we have replace all the items.

    5. Pls confirm and tell wether fiat is cabale for only 1lakh kilometers.

    6. The above statement is given by your authorised service center (CONCORDE MOTORS LTD).

    7. And also i am having A/c problem for that they telling to replace all items except compressor for that they want Rs 35,000.00.

    8. Please take nessary step and take corrective action immediatly.

    i have purchased a Fiat punto Emotion Pack 1.3 from Tata Motors at Ambala Cantt on 07 Dec 2010, Since then the car has gone to Workshop 05 times for rectification of leakage of Engine oil as on today also the vehicle is in workshop. I have lost confidence in this car, please direct your staff at workshop in Ambala Cantt (Haryana) to examine th car thoroughly and restore my confidence in FIAT PUNTO.

    This seems to be a very sad case of misguiding the customers.

    I made a booking for my first free service with Joshi Autozone Chandigarh and when i reached there they told me bluntly that they cant do the service becasue Fiat has organized a free service camp.They told me in first free service they just check the car as they will do in this camp and asked me to have a checkup at the free camp.After my free camp chaeckup i again went back to them after a month to have my free service but they refused to do so as i have already crossed the time and miles. Then i went to them again to have a reguler checkup and then I filed a complaint with Joshi Autozone Chandigarh regarding the isses i am facing through mail:

    Car No-PB 10 CT 0407

    1.Its suspension is not working properly resulting in the wearing out of all 4 tyres.
    2.Front Right indicator start blinking when the car goes above 70km/h.
    3.Oil leakage from AC knob.
    4.The latest>>It created weired sounds whenever the steering is turned on both sides???

    I got no official response except a call that your complaint has been rejected even though they promised to revert back through the mail.

    This seems to be poor case of Fiat’s cordination with TATA dealers resulting in the harrasing of the customers.

    In all these I had to make travel to the service station multiple times. Jacob Promises that he will give me the car back in the same condition with AC working and no engine missing and Oil leak. I get the car back on 3rd march and after running for 5 Kms Ac stopped working again. I gave the car again 2 time to correct it on 3rd march and on 25th March. I had to pay 3500 Rs for changing the Ac switch- Remember , there was no issue with the AC when the car was given for service initially. I receives the car on 25th evening after Mohandas team repairing it for the 6th time. I had to travel to Mohandas after my office hours at 8 pm to collect the car. I collected the car and drove half KM to identify that AC is not working again. I am extremely fed up with this. I don’t know what to do now. For the last 45 days I have been chasing Mohandas to fix the issues with my car and I already paid 15000 Rs .

    I am writing this with extreme frustration with the level of service i am receiving from Mohandas motors vazhayila trivandrum.

    My vehicle, Fiat Palio numbered TN 74 H 9070, was given for service on 15th February to Mohandas Motors. after examining the vehicle, engine oil leak was identified. i received my vehicle back after replacing lot of spare parts and fully rectified on 22nd Feb. I had to travel 25 Kms to the service centre to get it against the promised office delivery. I paid around RS 10800 as the bill.
    On 26th i realized , the oil leak still exists and the whole oil filled was exhausted. This was informed right away to Vishnu( service coordinator, who has been handling my case). By 26th night Vishnu along with a mechanic comes and identifies that the leak still exists and one of the seals replaced has broken/ not fixed properly. they takes the car back to service station.
    The car was promised to be given 27th evening and in the evening they identifies another issue on injector which is told to be replaced . There was never an issue with injector while giving the car for service. More frustrating is all these happens when i need my car the most as my wedding was planned on 6th March. this urgency was clearly communicated first time itself.
    They gave me the car back on 1st March and I realize the car work likes a tractor and AC not working. I gave the car back then and there and this was reported to Works Manager Jacob Koshy. In all these I had to make travel to the service station multiple times. Jacob Promises that he will give me the car back in the same condition with AC working and no engine missing and Oil leak. I get the car back on 3rd march and after running for 5 Kms Ac stopped working again. I gave the car again 2 time to correct it on 3rd march and on 25th March.     I am an unfortunate fiat puntho owner. I purchased it one year back. I have a major health hazardious problem with this vehicle. After some hours parking especially in sunlight , when we open the car a burning smell comes from inside and for some times i cant even open the eyes . It is simply because of the inferior quality plastic used inside the car. This was reported to the dealer,RF Motors,from the beginning. but so far no action has been taken from their end. Please take it as a serious problem which effects the health and do the needful.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I have Linea (Dynamic ) car regd No. MH14 BR 3595. Facing lots of problems for servicing of the car as Fieat do not have their own servicing stations and tie up with TATA Motors. TATA Motors service stations are giving 1st priority to only TATA Motors service centres and if spare time they provide services to Fieat Customers. In such services condition dfinetly fieat will be loose market on account of Services only. Need to take immidate action to improve service after sale unless fieat has to take call to stops production of cars and sale only engines to other moters company.

    Manufacturing defect :- Fieat Linea -Dynamic have ground clearance is 160 mm which is not sufficient to run or use car on the village places roads. Ground clearance of car was not degine to looking / considering indian roads. Improved verson of Fieat Linea -Active have good ground clearance, in comparison to TATA Manza is the good vehicle for ground clearnce and it is suitable to use on indian roads.

    Sir,

    I have to put to ur notice maily two complaints abt my Punto 90HP bearing registration No.KL 01 AZ 1748. I have taken delivery from Kulathungal Motors, Trivandrum but to my convenience i have give my car for first service in Mohandas Motors which is near to my place of residence. MY problems are :
    1. A rattling sound from the rear left which makes me irritating while driving especially in uneven roads. 3 times i have complained abt the prob and get it cleared by Mohandas Motors but unfortunately the same prob starts after one or two days, and its still there.
    2. Last week i went for long trip and on the way back suddenly the water pump started working and water started pumping through the rear glass and drained the tank, I stopped the car and filled it again, this time it happened through the front and suddenly the rear wiper started working automatically. I immediately called the service engineer and he instructed me to show it immediately to some workshop nearby, and sortout the prob with the help of a mechanic who defused the wiper and disconnected the pump. I think these all happened after fixing the reverse sensor with Mohandas Motors. That also had some probs and they replaced the whole thing. Anyway I am very much worried to go for long trips even city rides coz. i dont know at what point of time it start showing the same or some other new probs.
    Can u say that iam a proud owner of FIAT PUNTO 90HP??

    My PUNTO has made several trips for rectifying several defects right from DAY ONE !!
    Had a cosmetic defect on the bonnet which has been repainted by the service station 3 times already. Now the bonnet looks dull compared to the rest of the body. I have had to change the brake pads @ 24000 kms, and now the clutch slave cylinder has had to be replaced, both at my cost. The 24 hour helpline is totally irresponsible. They asked me to expect a call back in 10 minutes but Kept me waiting 2 hours on the road at Mahim and finally after my 3rd call back they responded. (3hours later) By then I had made alternate arrangements to take the car to the Kandivali service station. After the clutch slave cylinder was replaced they told me that the warranty has expired. When I corrected them and showed them my extended warranty, they told me that the part in concern is not covered!
    Alignment is always off. left suspension is always rattling. Back windsheild wiper goes on on its own when the front ones are switched on.
    My 3rd free service accumulated a bill of 21000!!! and I feel totally cheated as my complaints have not been rectified!
    Shoddy aftersales, very expensive and unsatisfactory work.
    Should have stuck with the tried, tested and trusted Maruti.
    BTW, does anyone even look into these complaints?

    Its been two years since i have bought the car but is always giving me problem in some or the other way need to visit the service center atleast once in two mounths now my car has major problems its not even 500 kms done and the problems before servicing has started againg like engine check warning comes up as and when my rpm goes above 3000 rpm cars right tyre is wearing of my stearing starts waballing as i go above speed of 80kmhr these problems were there when i gave my car for servicing and they still persist after a bill of 12600k this is the kind of service we get.
    there r many other small prob but have started to ingnore as i am tired of again and again going to service center.

    i have purchaged fiat grande punto petrol version before a year.i have AC cooling complaint from very first day.company has told me that AC KIT updation is comming in your vehicle.so,u would be waited for this kit.but,as till today no updation have done in my vehicle.i have complained many times for AC cooling, but,all times same reasons are given me from company and dealer and also i have talked with CSM.he also has give me same reason.but till on date no updation has done in my vehicle.so,this vehicles ac cooling is very bad.and also service is very poor.

    I bought a Fiat Lenia in 2009. I was told thatthe AC will be replaced by the company.for this I should register my name with dealer. Dealer did not agree for registration but said that once kit is available it will be replaced it is 03 years and still AC is not replaced.
