Eureka Forbes is cheating people on changing of Aquaguard Water Purifier candles

Last year in september 2009, i have installed water purifier model no.(Aquaguard Total NF) in myhouse.that cost me around 15.5k. i thought it is a good ife time investment for the better health of my family, otherwise there are some cheaper models also but i went for a costly one, anyways in the first year i called aguaguard executive for the service regularly, say after every 2-3 months.but when the purifier competed one year and i again called the executive for the periodic service he told me that i need to replace all the candles in it, that will cost me around Rs. 3500-3600.that means i need to spend this much amount every year on the machine, isn’t it a cheating on the customers because while selling the machine the salesman has not at all discussed about the expenses every year i need to do on it. i was thinking of around 1000-1200 Rs. because most of our relatives spend the amount of 1200 every year on thier machines for candles replacement as well as for AMC.

Also the executive who came to my house for the service told me that he will replace the same with the lower cost of Rs.2500 privately which means i would get no reciept or any assurity of the genuinity of candles.look!! what loot they have created.

This is a total froad which company is doing with thier customers with the name of candles replacement every year on such high cost. that means in the next 3 years it will equals the total cost of water purifier.How disgusting….!!!

I need to suggest all the readers who read this complaint, please know the maintainance cost and candles replacement cost of any model you buy from Eureka Forbes before buying any purifier from them.it is very necessary otherwise you will also fall into the same well, where i am right now.
