My brother pur one 21′ colour TV, Model CTV-2158, Sr. No. 803997,from Show Room named R.S.Enterprise, Rcpt No. DM 237 Dtd. 6-9-08 from Adipur, Kutch, Gujarat, above 1 yr before but some days ago it had developed some problem with sound & accordingly we contacted your authorised dealer & he send some technical person named Mr. Bharat (Cell No.9825992626)to us on. He had taken some parts from TV & told that he will check & replace the same within 3 or 4 days. But unfortunately it will take more than 10 days & the technician did not turn up despite our repeated calls to him. Now, he did not pick up the phone. So, we request you to tell us “What should we do now?”. We appreciate your prompt reply in this regard.

I am totally dissatisfied with the sort of service provided to me by SAMSUNG COMPANY, I am having an SAMSUNG REFRIGATOR 360 ltrs double door. The compressor of the fridge is faulty / not working from past 15 days. The local service center guys after week prompted me to do complaint to Samsung as they have certain issues with company. Then have complaint to Samsung service center the request no is:- 8404300051 on Wednesday 23rd 18:24:00 hrs.
They promised it would be done next day.
Yet not done again contacted Samsung company service center on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday. Can see the record with the company. Have contacted the local company representatives approx more than 30 times, but sometimes say:-
Fridge is not avail, compressor lot is faulty, will take 2 days, will take 7 days. Company not ready to cooperate.

I had given my Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo for some minor repair on 25-aug-2010 at Asia’s biggest service center for maruti suzuki in naraina new delhi. When i gave my car for the repair they had given me the estimate of Rs.20000/ but afer some days the amount move upto 40000/ it was really shocking for me when i asked them why are they taking that huge amount from me for the minor repair they told me that the whole engine fo your car will be overhauled as well as the head had to be also changed first of all how could it be possible that the engine had to be overhauled when the car is just 3yrs old and just 25000kms had been run and also the average running of my car is just 20kms a day but as i am facing so much of problem without my car i agree to pay the same and i again visit the service center to collect my car as (the time given by the engineer) they told that the break pedal will also be changed worth Rs4500/ as well as i will get my car in the month of November as there deputy manager(Mr gupta) is on leave if these all things had to be changed in just 3yrs just the body is left i am very harrased by the service as well as whenever i had call ar visit the staff had also misbehaved with me. So, I want that some serious action had to be taken on this. Details of my car are mentioned below:

I am Ex-serviceman retired from Sergeant (Senior Non Commissioned Officer) Rank form Indian Air Force. I want to purchase a Maruti car. I enquired from Jaipur CSD. They say this is applicable for JCOs and above rank only. Why it is so ? Below JCOs rank are not a human being. Or are they not competent to purchase a car for there family.
