    My consumer No. is 278. As I was not getting the Landline telephone No.04953290815 & 04952526532 of Booking agency, I contacted on the known mobile No.9847665566 and requested for the booking at the end of March 2013. Now I am told that the booking is not available for supplying the refill. I have been experiencing this problem quite often, and every time I need to quarrel with the agency. Pl. enlighten me as to how this kind of problem is to be settled. If any registration is available for booking by SMS, pl. let me know.
