I yogendra kumar lonhare ATM card holder card No. 4029850226978135 bank of baroda. on the date of 02.07.2009 when i want to draw of Rs. 3000 from SBI ATM branch Fafhadih There was no money trancation from this ATM. and shown as unable to process. this is time of 11.47, 11.48 and 11.50 a.m. and no money drawn by machine.I am submiting the statement and mini statement for further necessary action.
After some time i went to Baroda ATM bank and receive bank mini statement. I saw that Rs. 3000 where duducted in my account.
So, please deposit Rs. 3000 in my A/c no. 06400100011695.

I was trying to withdrawal Cash from ATM machine of S.B.I at Budh Vihar,New Delhi on 10th Aug,2009 at 7.30 p.m. but ATM machine unable to process my transaction. So cash was not received in my hand, But my account was debited by Rs.6000/-, which was the transaction amount.
Kindly check and verify the account and credit my account with Rs.6000/- as soon as possible and oblige.

i dr.keyur desai a dental surgeon had visited your bob branch at somnath daman and found your staff is very rude. First of all i had to deposit cheque for clearing for which no one was there to guide on asking they went on shifting me from one table to other. Also the main reason for my complaint to you is that i am inquiring for car loan at all bank i believe i have a strong IT returns and so as income. i am searching for the bank which offers me minimal interest. on visiting your branch at somnath they directed me to a loan sanctioning table where on asking a very ill mannered officer of your said that come next week whithout asking me what sort of loan i am inquiring and also any details about it, on asking him he then was able to utter something from his mouth about interest rates but againg he very rudely said that come next week since audit is coming on. I can understand that audit is going on but does that mean that they have to be so rude as if we are beggers, the way of their speaking means that. Needless to say that in todays world of banking where theres so much of compitation and also RBI getting very stirct about customers rights this attitude of your staff is very rude. so i would like a satisfactory reply from youll or else i would like a complaint in banking omdusman as well. hoping for strict proper and necessary action. Recently i have visited bob branch ( St. john nagar – Bangalore), in ref. with some bank services and i felt very shame and fed up with the behaviour of branch manager . He spoke in way, without any responsibility he is having, and more over, very rude & rubbish.
I was wondering, is this way the branch manger is dealing towards to the account holders of bank.?

My A/C no. is 27220100003481 at the Bank of Baroda, Branch of Sector 19, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana. The behaviour of the officials working there is most appethetic and reckless. The other day my fateher who is a senior citizen had gone to the bank to get a new cheque book issued it took him 4 hours to get the same done and the reason cited was most pathetic that the clerk had gone out and no one else would do that. Apart from this waiting the behaviour of the officials is very feeble. I had also submitted a form for the issuance of Debit Card which is also not being issued.
And to get a cheque encashed is really a tough task. i would request your kind selves to kindly look in to this matter.

This is to inform you that I used to ATM at 13 July 2010 and to withdrawn Rs. 700 from my saving account no. 01360100020324. But the ATM did not dispence any cash. Although it debited Rs. 700 from my account. I inform the bank on 15 july 2008 and 17 july 2008. But no action was taken and I still did not get any amout of money in my account.
Please let me know why no action has been taken so far regarding this.

It has been more than twenty days i haven’t received my password and pin for operating my net banking account. Despite various efforts to seek help in this regard from bank all turned into nothing.There is nil cooperation from the branch. My account is with Guru Kashi Road branch, Bhatinda (Pb). My account no. is 09780100009831. I already have a S/A in other bank but i have to open here b’coz that bank is not in the list of banks through which my stock broker have link. During acc. opening they said it will take maximum seven days.But look at the loss i’m suffering as i can’t transact in share market as my net banking has not been activated.
Plse kindly take up the needful action at earliest. One more thing that u r paying ur customer care dept. for doing nothing, since last Thursday to sat. i kept trying may be in 15 min or an hour but no one picked up. or u have just shown ur customer care number b’coz u felt it is necessary. There is no way customer are cared.Anticipating +ve response.
