    I have been made to go through a horrifying experience ever since I had applied for a Home Loan Transfer from CITIBANK to AXIS BANK in February 2009.The last communication that was given to me by the Axis BANK person dealing with my application by the name Shanavaz who operates from the Ranigunj office of the bank is that my Loan Sanction letter is ready and will be isuued as soon as I submit the Foreclosure Statement from CITIBANK. I submitted the same on 15 May to him by hand.So far I have not received any communication let alone the Sanction Letter which according Mr.Shanavaz was ready to be issued in May. When I called him he informed indifferently that he is not concerned and that he simply passed on the info given by his bank bosses that “Sanction Letter is ready to be issued once the Foreclosure statement is submitted” which was already submitted 6 weeks ago!
    According to him he is not responsible for the information he gives to the customers if it does not materialise. He says he cannot even tell me atleast what is the status of my loan and that he is not responsible for anything that he communicated during the processing stage even though he was the only person dealing with me on behalf of AXIS BANK during the past 4 months.My Loan Account with CITIBANK is in a state of suspended animation for the past two months since i had already applied for Closure based on the information provided by Mr. SHANAVAZ
    I am subjected to lot of mental agony and stress due to the uncertainity created due to this indifferent and irresponsible attitude of Mr. Shanavaz.

    Even during the processing stage it became apparent that he is not familiar or well versed with any of the technicalities of loan apllication documents. On a number of occassions I as an applicant had to co ordinate with the technical & legal evaluators of the bank to cover up the lack of knwoledge and failure to forward the required documents to the concerned Evaluators. It was obvious his IQ & exposure was not above the level of an office assistant or a courier boy.
    Therefore It is no surprise that My application is languishing with the AXIS BANK since Feb2009 and to date there is no Communication from the Bank with regard to my application.
    This is a Shocking eye opener for customers like me and a very bad Advertisement for the AXIS BANK efficiency.
    The processing fee of Rs.5000/- was promptly collected in February itself but the Loan process is not completed even after 4 months.inspite of submitting All the required documents .

    Pl. ensure that this kind of inept handling of applications by your eployees does not erode your Potential & present Customer base and drive them to the so called Public Sector BANKS Whose employees appear like ANGELS to customers like me in comparison to such employees of AXIS BANK as mentioned above.

    I aintained a balance above Rs5000/-in my SB a/c 034010100031151 since 10 years in Behala Branch.But I noticed that Bank debited Rs750/ as minimum balanc & Rs77.25 as sevice charge for 5 times in past one year.And my balance declained to below Rs3000/-.My questionregistered my name in mobile banking service then why they not informed me by mobole phone but debited mob is I ile banking charge regularly. I complained the branch manager on 16/09/2009 and he consoled me that he will consider the matter and allow me to transactat at average(minimum)balance of Rs5000/-.Again i depopsited Rs2500/- on 24/09/2009
    to reach above Rs5000/- but alas!again the bank debited Rs750/-+77.25 on
    26/09/2009.Irequest you to please reverse the amount Rs4000/-in my Sb a/c as early as possible otherwise I must complain to Ombudsman folloewd
    by D.C.D.R.F.(District consumer despute redresal forum)

    I am 0 balance saving bank account in palam branch of new delhi. presently I has been transferred to jammu from Delhi and due to frequent transfer I could not avail facilities of my axis bank account. I want to transfer of my account at Kanpur my home towen. Please intimate procedure regarding transfer of my above account from New Delhi Palam branch to P- road branch at Kanpur. I can not visit to yr Palam branch new delhi because I am serving in CRPF and presently posted in remote area of Jammu. so please help me. It is also stated that period of ATM card as earlier issued to me by yr Palam Branch New Delhi being ended during march 2010 it shold also be extended.

    2. Last to last week, I was told from Khar-Branch, I have to submit before end of 31st December, 2009. Then there are no annual charges for that.

    Dear Sir. Madam
    1. With due respect I would like inform you the following few lines for
    your kind information and further settlement the dispute. I’ve a Zero Balance savings account (053010100211918) at your Lucknow Branch, 25 – B, Sikander Bagh Chauraha, Ashok Marg, since 2002.
    2. Sir, I had charged with Consolidated Charges as follows
    1. Rs. 566.26. In the month of Feb (25 Feb 2010 to 25 Feb 2010)
    (Before Commence of new RBI Guidelines, i.e. April 2010)
    2. Rs. 827.25 in the month of June 2010 (O1/4/2010 to 27/6/2010)
    (No salary credits happen for 3 months. (Total – 1393.51)
    3. in view of above, the account got activated i.e. I started using it from June’08 onwards and got a letter from the bank stating “Thanks for using the account”.
    Herein again there was no intimation for maintaining the minimum balance in the account. Please refer the statement from July’08 to Dec ’09 (when the account was in use). No information is stated on the account for minimum balance or its conversion. As I have relocated myself to the New Delhi, I could not go the branch office and give application for the same.
    4. When I contacted axis bank regarding above account, they said your account
    Is converted as normal Salary power Plus savings account for this am charged
    Sir, this is happened without prior notice & My Signature. Or reminders for maintaining of the balance
    Upon asking the bank they say that these are the new rules from April 2010 onwards and any account below 10000 will be charged as above. I would have preferred if they had to at least send me an intimation email. Rs.1393.51 is not a small amount and I would prefer if the bank had to refund me back this amount. I hope my complaint would be solicited and I’ll get justice and my money be refunded. Kindly do the needful prior to the end of this quarter or else I will
    like to close the account.
    An early response shall be highly appreciated. In view of the above you are requested kindly resolve my complain and instruct the branch (053)
    I am positive in holding the account with the bank and maintaining the minimum balance, only if the bank refunds by Rs.1393.51
