The procedure for applying to Do Not Disturb on Tata Docomo is as follows:
Send a SMS “START DND” and send it to 1909
if you want to continue notification then STOP DND and send it to 1909
Once you have done that please note it take 45 days to remove your name completely from the mailing list.

After sending “START DND” to 1909. A message comes as “message received”. After that one more message comes from TATA DOCOMO saying to confirm with “YES/NO”. But one how can reply as sender number doesn’t come. I tried sending with 121 but nothing happened. Still receiving unwanted automated calls or message. Sometimes my mom select yes unknowingly on flash message of activating any subscription.
Its really pathetic to have a connection. Every service providers does the same. No use of changing any number. Why the hell they steal anyone’s hard earned money.
Top of that Customer Service, Shit….. no use… they speak like a robot. “Aapki asuvidha ke liya hame khed hai.”
Anybody has answer to stop the unwanted calls and sms on TATA DOCOMO Prepaid Connection?? Please Help.

Docomo service n all is nice. But only irritating thing is d flash Msg’s.. I have a touch screen mobile… and sometimes when i keep downloads, a flash msg comes, d subscription is activated mistakenly!! its so so irritating. dnd is f***ing useless..
As long as YOU CORRUPT Hindus do not accept Islam as the Prophet’s True message, you will suffer with all this…
It is only your Hindu brothers which sell the mobile no. data to the advertisers…

i have got one message from tata docomo hi you have been subscribed to monthly STRESS BUSTER TIPS PACK @26 /26 DAYS. YOUR SERVICE WILL ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HRS TO UNSUBSCRIBE, DIAL 155223 (TOLL FREE). Then i decided to unsubscribe to this service more then 50 times but that service could not unsubscribed by that server because of have a technical problem with server. if i will try to activate that service it will activated with in no time but i will try to deactivate to that service it such a big headache. all they really baster ted

in airtel i got caller tunes activated 2 times without my consent, moreover tata docomo doesnt allow the users to register dnd.

This is really pathetic way of handling the customer … specially customer care executive… they even not sound to understand the customer’s pain area.. Company like TATA how such things are accepted. .. if they have the recording system.. atleast RATAN TATA should listen to that.. Please STOP nunsence and give the good services to the people.. some one has already mentioned that its hard money.. and stealing such amount from the customer that company like TATA is doing this .. it’s shocking.. DND can also be activated via customer care provider at 121. Any unwanted packages or services activated on your phone can also be disabled. I couldn’t get any refund on mine though.
I AM IRRITATED WITH THE SERVICE OF TATA DOCOMO.I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED DND FROM MY NO-7205044180.TILL NOW I AM GETTING THE UNWANTED SMS & UNWANTED CALLS FROM DOCOMO.SO KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST IT.

tata ko maro bata se, saale sabhi mobile company walo ko sharam aana chahiya jab customer ko tumhare message pasand nahi to kyo bheja kharab karte ho, aur yaha par kisi ne kaha ke, aagar islam mein join karte to message nahi aata ,paagal hai saala, eisko itna bhi akkal nahi ke mobile company walo ko majabh se koi wasta nahi aur hindustan mein rehte huye ye kiske gaane gaathe, jaara mud ke dekh bhai islamic countries mein kya hora hai. sabhi log ek dusre ke dushman hai, ek mulk dusre mulk se jhagda karta hai, apne vichar aur sonch badal dal.
